Design - Gardens to live in

Do you have a yard that you rarely use and looms with chores waiting to suck up your weekend? If that's the case, you may want someone to help you create a garden that you actually do use and enjoy. There are a couple of ways I can help you turn your yard into a fabulous and functional garden.

You may only need someone to guide you and with whom you can brainstorm ideas. Someone to help you answer questions like, "How am I going to hide the neighbor's ugly orange shed?" or "What's the best place for an herb garden?"

Maybe you need more than that, maybe you need someone to draw up a plan, provide a plant list with photos so you know what you're getting, and include a maintenance plan so you can keep the garden looking good after it's planted.

If you're planning on having someone install the garden for you rather than doing it yourself, I can help you there as well. I like to work with installer/designer Paul Fowles of Fowles Landscaping Co. (fowleslandscaping@comcast.net). He is in on the design from the beginning and consequently, really understands what you want.

Whether you're just looking for someone with whom to bounce around ideas or you want the whole deal - someone to plan the garden and put it in for you -I can help. You can have a beautiful garden you will actually use and enjoy, a garden to live in.
